My car is under warranty do I have to use my main Dealer for servicing?
We can service your vehicle using manufacturer’s specified parts and lubricants and supply an itemised list of parts used. This will keep your vehicle in warranty.
Can my long wheel based van be mot tested at your garage?
Yes at DNA we can test even long wheel base Mercedes sprinter vans and similar, down to as small as a smart car.
As a single female, I have found garages in the past to be intimidating. What makes your garage any different?

I find getting my car dropped off at a garage too much of a task can you help me with this?
At DNA we offer a collection and delivery service in between Bromsgrove and Worcester, where we take the stress of arranging a lift out of the equation by picking your car up early and returning it back to you after our working hours.
We also offer a while you wait option where you can sit and read a magazine in our comfortable reception, have a coffee, and use our free wifi to work all whilst we carry get the repair done promptly.

How do I know you are carrying out the repairs you are charging me for?
Don't be afraid to ask to see for example "the old clutch". Upon request, we will happily show you any parts that have been replaced on your vehicle.
